What we collect

Information you give us on our request form: name, email, phone, property address, whether the home is rented, and anything you type in a message. Basic usage data such as pages viewed, collected through standard web analytics. If you opt in to texts, we store your number and the consent record.

How we use it

To respond to your property management request, to evaluate and manage your property if you hire us, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, or text START or YES to (931) 429-0124, we send you conversational, one-to-one text messages about the request you made from (931) 429-0124 under the Recon Property Solutions Owner Follow-Up program. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as our text messaging, CRM, and hosting providers, is permitted only to deliver those services. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM, email, text messaging, property management software, and hosting providers, only as needed to serve you. Vendors or tenants only when you hire us and only as needed to manage your property. Authorities when required by law.
