SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective October 4, 2026. These terms govern the Recon Property Solutions Owner Follow-Up text messaging program ("Program") operated by Recon Property Solutions LLC ("Recon Property Solutions," "we," "us"), 501 Union St Ste 545 NUM 137477, Nashville, TN 37219. Program messages are sent from (931) 429-0124.

1. Program description

When you submit a property management request on reconpropertysolutions.net (or a Recon-owned website that offers property management) and opt in to texts, we send you conversational, one-to-one text messages about that request: an automated confirmation that we received it with a question about the property, follow-up about our management services and rates, scheduling a walk-through, and answers to questions you text us. The Program is follow-up for a request you made. We do not send bulk promotional blasts.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking an unchecked consent box on our request form before you submit it, or by texting START or YES to (931) 429-0124. The consent box reads: "Yes, text me about my request. I agree to receive text messages from Recon Property Solutions at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by conversation. You will typically receive one automated confirmation message per request, followed only by replies to messages you send us or coordination for something you asked about. Messages are not sent on a recurring schedule.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to every message sent or received. Recon Property Solutions does not charge for Program messages.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message: "You're unsubscribed from Recon Property Solutions texts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to rejoin." After that we will not send you further Program messages unless you opt in again by texting START or YES to (931) 429-0124 or by checking the consent box on a new request. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honored.

6. How to get help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message and you will receive: "Recon Property Solutions Owner Follow-Up: texts about your property management request. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. Help: (931) 429-0124." You can also call (931) 429-0124.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their subsidiaries and MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and your opt-in record are stored with your request. We do not sell your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support the Program, such as our text messaging and CRM providers, is permitted only to deliver the service.
